Donegal TD Pearse Doherty has accused Ulster Bank of robbing it’s customers caught up in the tracker mortgage scandal.

Bank bosses confirmed only a third of the 3,500 people affected have got their money back, and 15 needlessly lost their homes because of the changes.

Ulster Bank earned an extra 100 million euro by wrongfully moving customers off tracker mortgage rates.

Sinn Féin TD Pearse Doherty told senior bankers that their only great achievement was paying back some people back what they were owed:
