243 new jobs were created in the Donegal Gaeltacht last year.
By the end of the year, there were more than 2,190 jobs in Donegal in Udaras client companies, the highest since 2009.
That’s according to the Udaras na Gaeltachta 2017 Review which has just been released.
The report points out that when job losses are taken into consideration, there was a net increase of 103.
The losses include the 32 lost before Christmas at the SLM facility in Gweedore, which received more than €170,000 in Udaras support.
