New secondary Gaelscoil for Donegal town ‘a wonderful opportunity’



Donegal Town is to get it’s first Irish speaking secondary school in September.

The new school would be based at the Abbey Vocational School, similar to the Aonad Loch Gille school at the Mercy in Sligo.

Currently students who want to undertake secondary level education through Irish have to travel to Fintown.
