A Donegal GP has admitted that doctors are practicising ‘bad medicine’ by prescribing anti-biotics too often.
Letterkenny-GP and former FF Minister Jim McDaid said earlier this week that schools should just close to avoid the spread of the flu.
But he admits that GPs like himself are not helping by giving out too many antibiotics which do not work for a virus.
