Growing potholes in south Sligo at risk of damaging vehicles



A South Sligo Councillor says that increasing the number of outdoor workers has to remain a priority of the Council in the New Year.

Independent Cllr Margaret Gormley says the transfer of a number of workers to Irish Water has left gaps in the service being provided in the county.

CEO of the Council Ciaran Hayes said he would review the situation.

She says that roads are the main complaints coming from the public and potholes are getting so bad they are at risk of damaging vehicles:
