Donegal still has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country at over 18%.
That’s according to the final report out today on the Census 2016 figures which focuses on employment trends.
Brendan Murphy of the CSO says that the unemployment rates in Sligo and Leitrim at 14% are similar to other rural counties.
