Dozens of new jobs will be created when a new visitor centre opens at Sliabh Liag early next year.
The highest sea cliffs in Europe, which are in South Donegal, attract thousands of tourists every year.
Donegal County Council say new pathways along the cliffs should also be complete before the end of this year.
