King says belief is back with Harps ahead of county final



Manager Shane King says the current crop of players have got the belief back in Eastern Harps with their progress to this year’s Belfry Senior Championship final.

Harps contested four finals in a row within the last decade, but the last of those came back in 2010.

It has been a transitional period for the club since that, but the former Championship-winning captain says that there is a feelgood factor about the club once again…

Tourlestrane have contested six finals within the past decade, including three against Harps.

But there manager Eamonn O’Hara says that no two county finals are the same…

 

Sunday’s county final throws-in at 4pm and will be preceded by the senior hurling final involving Calry/St Joseph’s and Western Gaels from 2pm.

Both games will be live on Ocean FM thanks to Flynn’s Pub, Aclare.
