Donegal farmers asked to take part in floods survey



Donegal farmers are being asked to take part in a survey of the damage caused by last month’s floods.

The Department of Agriculture has asked Teagasc to carry out a survey of lands to assess the supports required.

The Government Chief Whip and Donegal TD Joe McHugh says farmers went to the aid of their neighbours before assessing the needs on their own properties.
