There was a single vehicle crash in Cartron overnight.
A collision between a car and an electricity pole happened yesterday evening at about 8:10pm in Cartron. No one was injured in the incident.
The ESB were called to facilitate the repair of the pole that was damaged in the accident while no outages were reported.
The scene was attended to by Gardai, Fire and ambulance services. The road was closed for a short time but has since reopened this morning.
