Striker Benny Igiehon has received his international clearance this morning and will be available for Sligo Rovers this weekend.
The Bit O’ Red host bottom side Drogheda United in one of their biggest games of the season at the Showgrounds on Saturday, and boss Gerard Lyttle has been given a pre-game boost with the availability of Igiehon.
John Russell is also available for the weekend after missing the defeat to Derry City last weekend because of suspension.
It means Rovers should have a full squad to choose from, with another new signing, Rhys McCabe, also in line for his home debut having featured in Buncrana last Sunday.
Saturday’s game kicks-off in the Showgrounds at 7.45pm.
