Five properties in the North West region are for sale as part of this week’s Allsop online auction.
The properties include an 800 square foot, two bed apartment in Summerhill in Bundoran in County Donegal which has a reserve price of between €25,000 and €35,000.
In Leitrim, a parcel of land at Stonebridge Estate in Dromahair extending to approximately eight acres holds a reserve price range of between €65,000 and €75,000.
Three Sligo properties are included. These include a detached four bed home at The Strand in Enniscrone, which is expected to fetch between €115,000 and €125,000. In Ballytivnan, a first floor two bed apartment at the Clarion Village apartment complex has a reserve price of between €35,000 and €45,000.
While a detached three bed home at Carrownacleigha, in Coolaney is on the market for an asking price of between €70,000 and €80,000.
The auction takes place this Wednesday.
