A Mountcharles councillor says he will work closely with the new Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council to ensure that rural parts of the county are improved.
Sinn Fein Councillor Noel Jordon was elected the Leas-Cathaoirleach of the County Council yesterday.
He supports his SF party colleague Gerry McMonagle who was elected as the new Cathaoirleach replacing outgoing Ardara Cllr Terence Slowey.
