People in Kiltyclogher in North Leitrim are finalising preparations for the 9th Sean MacDiarmada Summer School.
It takes place next weekend, on Friday and Saturday, June 9th and 10th.
The opening will take place at MacDiarmada’s home at 6pm on the Friday.
This year, there will be a special focus on Brexit, appropriate with Kiltyclogher’s proximity to the Border.
Among the speakers on Saturday will be MEPs Marian Harkin and Luke Ming Flanagan, Sinn Fein Finance Spokesman Pearse Doherty and economist Dr Stephen Kinsella from the University of Limerick.
