The search is continuing today for two missing men, one in Sligo, the other in Leitrim.
Effort have been concentrated in the North Sligo area to find 49 year old Kenneth McGowan who has been missing since the 12th of February.
Mr. McGowan is described as 5ft 8 with brown hair, a short brown/reddish beard and he wears glasses on occasion.
Gardai say he was wearing dark clothing when last seen and also a white shoulder bag which they hope may jog people’s memories.
He is also known to frequent Dublin and Kildare.
Meanwhile, 31 year old Declan Whyte was last seen in Carrick on Shannon on the 11th of February.
He is described as 5’10”, around 13 stone with green eyes. He is described as a ‘skinhead’ with piercings and tattoos on his face.
