St Patrick’s Boxing Club are hosting the Sligo-Leitrim age grade championships at the Blue Devon function room in Dromahair this Sunday, February 9.
Weigh-in for all boxers is from 10am to 11am, with the contests beginning from 12 noon and running through the afternoon.
There will also be skills bouts for local fighters on the day.
Eight clubs will take part – four from Leitrim and four from Sligo.
The clubs are St Patrick’s Dromahair, Sean McDermott Manorhamilton, Drumsna, Ballinamore, Gurteen, Ballinacarrow, Sligo City and Ballymote.
Winning boxers will advance to the Connacht Championships.
