The Sligo County Darts team claimed the men’s title at the 2017 West Coast Challenge in Rathkeale House Hotel in Limerick at the weekend.
The team, managed by James Wasson and Anne McGowan, and captained by Peter Savage, beat Mayo by seven legs to three in the final having already beaten Longford, Galway and Clare to reach the decider.
The Sligo team also included former Republic of Ireland darts captain Sean ‘Skipper’ McGowan.
