Boyle Celtic advance in FAI Junior Cup after penalty shootout win



Boyle Celtic are through to the last 16 of the FAI Junior Cup.

The reigning Sligo-Leitrim League champions beat Ballina Town 4-1 in a penalty shootout yesterday, after the game finished 3-3.

Goalkeeper Kyle Suffin was the hero, saving a penalty in injury-time at the end of 90 minutes, and then saving three more in the shootout.

Michael Corrigan, Aaron Calpin and Luka Roddy got the goals for Boyle.
