Bobby Roemer, ‘Sherwood House’, Carraroe, County Sligo. Aged 15 years. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am today in St. John’s Church, Carraroe. Burial follows in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo.
Philomena O’Brien, nee McGrath, Cloonslanor, Strokestown, County Roscommon, and formerly of Rathrippon, Collooney, County Sligo. At the Roscommon University Hospital. Wife of Tom O’Brien, mother of Vincent, Letterkenny; Jacqueline Walsh, Galway and Stephanie Shields, Strokestown. Removal to Strokestown Parish Church today to arrive for funeral mass at 11.30am, with burial afterwards in Strokestown Cemetery.

Kathleen (Kay) O’Grady, Nee Maguire, Knocknarea Villas, Sligo. Peacefully at Mowlam Nursing Home. Mass of the Resurrection at 1.30pm today with funeral proceeding to St Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, afterwards. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the Alzheimer’s Daycare Centre, Dunally, care of Foley & McGowan Funeral Directors.
