Mark Gerrity got Sligo’s only try, while Enda Gavin kicked 12 points.
In the women’s interprovincial series, Leinster were crowned champions ahead of Connacht on score difference.
Connacht beat Ulster 39-12 in the final round at the weekend, while Leinster beat Munster 21-12.
