12 patients waiting in north west hospitals today



There are 12 patients on hospital trolleys in the north west today.

That’s made up of 10 in Letterkenny and two in Sligo.

In University Hospital Galway, there 28 people on trolleys.

There are over 350 people are on trolleys at hospitals across the country this lunchtime – with 27 at the Mater Hospital in Dublin alone.

University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 36 people in need of a bed – according to the figures from the INMO.
