With much publicity now surrounding so-called Black Friday, the president of Sligo Chamber of Commerce has two messages for shoppers.
Des Faul is urging people to really examine if they are getting a bargain when they see the various percentage reductions that will be on offer for Black Friday.
And he says shoppers should also remember that the best value for money may, in fact, be got by shopping at home.
