EPA says grants are available to help with septic tank costs
The Environmental Protection Agency says grants are in place for people in Leitrim hoping to build higher spec septic tanks. It comes as a new report reveals that two thirds of spetic tanks inspected in the county last year failed the test. Claire Mulcahy reports:
