Calry/St Joseph’s GAA Club are hosting a registration event this evening. It will take place between 7-9pm at the Clayton Hotel. All club members and parents are asked to attend to complete their registration for the year, and new members are welcome.
Connacht Cross Country Championships postponed
This afternoon’s scheduled Connacht Cross Country Championships, which were due to be held in Calry, have been postponed. The decision was taken after schools from Galway were unable to travel for the event. It is likely to be rescheduled for next week, weather-permitting.

Calry advance to Connacht hurling final
Calry/St Joseph’s are through to a seventh consecutive Connacht Junior Championship final. A 4-13 to 0-6 defeat of Leitrim champions Carrick Hurling yesterday, means that the Sligo champions will face Galway side Sylane in the decider next Saturday at the Connacht GAA Centre at 2pm.
