In the wonderful care of the staff of Donegal Community Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Friday 10th January.

PJ is predeceased by his parents, Felix and Nellie, his nephew Bobby and his son-in-law ,Mark.

He is survived by his wife Patricia; sons and daughters Padraig (Lindsay), Elaine (Brian), Marie, Sean (Laura), Conall (Lauren) and Patrice (Pauric); grandchildren Adam, Sadhbh, Sophia, Se, Daimhin, Roise, Cora, Matthew and Felix; sisters, Bernie (Eddie), Eileen and Noleen, his brother-in-law Seamus, sisters-in-law Sophia and Margaret, as well as his many nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and the team at Laghey Waste.

PJ’s remains are reposing at his family home from 2pm on Saturday, Those attending the wake house are asked to exercise caution on approach to the Laghey junction as traffic management will be in place. There is walking access only via the lane, except for wheelchair users.

Removal takes place on Monday at 10.15am to St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

The family home is private on the morning of the funeral.
