The death has occurred of Bridget ‘Bridie’ Oates, (née Mc Morland)

Collooney, Co. Sligo and formerly of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

May 2nd  2021, peacefully in the loving care of the Larmenier Unit, Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo (Non covid related). (Ex staff of Post and Telegraph). Predeceased by her husband James, sister Pauline (USA) and brothers Alo and Jodie. Dearly loved mother of Marian Heffernan (Dublin), Breda Adams (Kildare), Paschal Oates (Cavan) and Bernadette Fox (Dublin).  She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her son, daughters, sisters Sr.Pascale and Ena Butler, the Mc Moreland family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.  Rest in Peace.

Removal from Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo on Tuesday May 4th at 9:40am to St.Patrick’s Church, Calry, Sligo for Mass of the Resurrection at 10am. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed via www.churchservices.tv/calryparish

In keeping with HSE, NPHET and Public Health guidelines, attendance will be limited to 25 persons. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to Nazareth Nursing Home Patient Comfort Fund online at feehilys.ie.
