A significant number of homes across the north west remain without power this morning.
Heavy showers of rain as well as strong winds resulted in lots of power cuts across the region on Friday night and Saturday morning.
The ESB are currently working to restore power in the areas affected.
The cuts come as counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal are all under a status orange wind warning.
Motorists are being advised to take care on the roads because of heavy overnight rain and the risk of fallen trees and other loose debris.
