A man and a woman were arrested following a major multi-agency operation in county Donegal on Monday morning.
Gardaí have confirmed that a search warrant was executed at a premises in Dungloe by members of the Milford district with support from the Public Order Unit and the Armed Support Unit.
During the course of the search, a man in his 40s and a woman in her 20s were arrested in connection with the investigation.
Both were detained at a Garda station in Donegal under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The male has since been charged and appeared before Letterkenny District Court on Sunday, 2nd December.
The female was released without charge to be dealt with under the Adult Caution scheme.
Gardaí say as the matter is now before the courts, it is not in a position to provide further comment at this time.
