I’m Frank Feighan, your Fine Gael TD for Sligo/Leitrim/North Roscommon/South Donegal, elected in
2020. I am the only Government TD in this constituency, and I also served as a Minister of State from
2020-2022. Overall I have over 20 years of experience as a public representative in both the Dail and
Seanad. I live in Sligo town with my wife Elaine and our two children.
I’m proud to have secured millions in government investment for jobs, sports facilities, roads, and
community infrastructure across our region.
My Key Priorities for Sligo/Leitrim/South Donegal, if I am elected as your representative to the next
Dail, are:
– Road Infrastructure: Prioritising the N4, N16 and N17 developments and upgrades.
– Healthcare: Delivering new facilities, including a 42-bed extension for Sligo University
Hospital and the new National Ambulance Service base.
– Education: Supporting the growth of ATU Sligo and St Angela’s College.
– Job Creation: Expanding opportunities for young people to live and work locally.
– Promoting the Northwest: Driving further investment in Greenways, childcare, school
buildings, and sporting infrastructure.
Fine Gael will make childcare more affordable and accessible, double the number of new homes
being built, reform the delivery of vital infrastructure projects and improve the care of older people
and children with disabilities.
We will make work pay and ensure people who work hard get to keep more of their hard-earned
money. I am committed to continuing this work, and want to help deliver a safer and more secure
