Noel Jordan

Cllr Noel Jordan is a native of the parish of Inver, residing in Mountcharles with his wife and their
two children.
Noel has been on Donegal County Council for ten years and has held a number of important roles
during that time such as Leas Cathaoirleach twice and Municipal District Chairperson on two
occasions also.
Hardworking and resourceful, he has successfully worked with the local community, sporting,
church, farming and fishing groups in sourcing funding and infrastructure in these sectors over the
years.
However, Noel believes that fishing and farming communities have been left behind at national level
by successive governments. He wants to see a significant change in approach to these sectors by
government.
He also believes small businesses have been ignored by government after government and pushed
for Sinn Féin to allocate over €600 million in their manifesto to reintroduce the 9% VAT for those
businesses that need it in 2025.
He will also fight to protect our Community Hospitals and ensure everyone has access to a GP so as
vital services stay in our communities. Disability services for adults and children is something he is
also passionate about and he plans to continue to press to bring down waiting times and for
vacancies to be filled to address what he believes to be a crisis in the area.
Noel knows that Donegal can be at the heart of the next government and led by Sinn Féin. He is
asking you to vote Noel Jordan No 1 on Friday the 29 th .
