Glenfarne native Éanna Clancy has been included in the League of Ireland First Division Team of the Year, off the back of an impressive season at centre half for UCD.
The former Sligo Rovers defender was a mainstay in the Students defence this season, registering six goals and an assist as the UCD ran to the promotion play-off semi finals.
Clancy is the only UCD representative in a team dominated by runaway champions Cork City, with former Sligo Rovers captain Greg Bolger one of five Cork players to make the cut.
