Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 34 new homes in south Donegal.
The development at Coolcholy, Ballyshannon, will be carried out by McHugh Brothers Limited.
It will consist of 14 semi-detached three-bedroom houses, 12 two-bedroom apartments and eight two-bedroom terraced houses.
