Leitrim have announced Mike Wall as the county’s new senior hurling manager for the 2025 season.
Kilkenny native Wall had been manager of the Kildare camogie team until last week – and he now succeeds Olcan Conway, who stepped down as Leitrim hurling boss earlier this year.
Wall has had extensive expensive with camogie teams in Kilkenny over the past decade – bringing All-Ireland minor titles to his native county in 2015 and 2021.
He also managed the Kilkenny Intermediate Camogie team to an All-Ireland title in 2016.
Over the term of his previous management roles he has presided over a multitude of Leinster Camogie titles.
As part of his management team, Wall will be joined by S & C Coach Niall Herbert, a native of Kildare.
The remaining members of the management team will be appointed in due course.
