The latest Croí Cónaithe report shows 141 applications have been made in the Ballymote-Tubbercurry Municipal District.
The Croí Cónaithe is a grant that provides funding for the refurbishment of vacant and derelict homes.
The report states that a total of 321 applications have been made across the county, 99 in the Borough District of Sligo and 81 in the Sligo-Drumcliff MD, with 235 grants receiving approval.
