Clarification has been sought in the Dáil regarding a new modular building for Scoil Ursula in Sligo town.
It’s understood that the primary school on the Strandhill road has been waiting for over a year for the addition of the new building.
It was brought up by Fine Gael Sligo Leitrim TD, Frank Feighan, who acknowledged the delay in the Devolved Section of the Department of Education, regarding the delivery of new modular buildings for schools.
In response, Tánaiste Mícheal Martin said he would look into the matter.
