He was once an eminent oncologist working in some of the top hospitals in the United States – now he’s a priest in the West of Ireland. Fr Chris Garrett was ordained into the priesthood at Sligo Cathedral last weekend at the age of 59 – he’s a nephew of former Bishop of Elphin, Christy Jones
