Public consultations are set to get underway next month on the Sligo Greenway.
The greenway will be a 35.5km long off-road public walking/cycling route once completed.
It’ll link Bellaghy/Charlestown with Collooney and via an existing/planned trail to Sligo.
Sligo County Council and the TII are currently developing the project.
Public consultation on the study area and constraints is planned from 29 May to 23 June 2023.
The first event will take place on Tuesday June 6th between 2 and 8pm at Teach Laighne in Tubbercurry.
While the second event takes place on Wednesday June 7th between 2 and 8pm in the Teeling Centre in Collooney.
