70 waiting at North West hospitals



There were 70 people waiting on trollies in the North West’s two main hospitals this morning.

According to the latest trolley watch figures from the INMO, there were 26 people waiting in Letterkenny University Hospital, with a further 44 waiting in Sligo University Hospital.

University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded hospital in Ireland today, with 105 people awaiting admission there.

Nationwide, today’s figures stand at 704.
