Over 50 waiting at two North West hospitals



There were 55 people awaiting admission to the North West’s two main hospitals today.

According to the latest figures from the INMO, there were 32 people waiting at Sligo University Hospital, while 23 were waiting at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning.

Cork University Hospital was the most overcrowded hospital in Ireland today, with 92 people on trolleys there.

Nationally, today’s figures stand at 613.
