Report shows workers in North West have least flexible working hours in the country



Workers in the North West have the lowest access to flexible working hours in the country.

That’s according to a new report carried out by Reflecting Ireland, in conjunction with Permanent TSB, which examined people’s working hours and lifestyles across the country since the pandemic.

The report revealed that only 35% of workers in the North West have a degree of control over their working hours, compared to 56% in Dublin, 52% in the rest of Leinster and 50% in Munster.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Claire Cogan, Director of BehaviourWise, says the disparity is a reflection of the amount of choice available to workers in the East of the country:
