Concern being expressed over adequate resources being in place for refugees



Almost two-thirds of Irish people aren’t in favour of Ireland taking in an unlimited number of Ukrainian refugees.

 

The research, carried out by Red C for Virgin Media Television, found eight in ten don’t believe we have adequate resources for those arriving here.

 

It comes as an Ireland for All rally is planned for this Saturday in Dublin city centre in solidarity with accommodating refugees.

 

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions has lent its support for the Ireland for All rally on Saturday which will show support for refugees.
