Some areas in North Sligo are still without water today following a major pipe burst late Wednesday night.
The burst on the outlet pipe from the Barnaderg reservoir had led to a mass outage in supply.
Council plumbers remain working on site this afternoon to alleviate the issue.
Fianna Fail Cllr Donal Gilroy says its anticipated that all premises will have their supply restored by close of business today:
