Donegal TD calls surplus money to be used to address housing & health crisis

The Sinn Féin Finance spokesperson is calling on the government to invest the surplus intake on income tax, VAT and Cinto addressing the current health and housing crisis that are impacting the country.

Deputy Pearse Doherty has made the calls after the government collected around 100 billion euro in taxes and corporation tax in 2022.

Speaking to Ocean FM News the Donegal TD says it’s a terrible reflection on the government that despite excess revenue being generated through taxes many young people are still forced to immigrate.
