Leitrim woman recalls events as ‘technical issue’ forces Aer Lingus NYC flight U-turn



A Leitrim woman has been describing what unfolded as engine trouble forced a Dublin-bound flight to turn back to New York.

 

Aer Lingus has sincerely apologised to hundreds of passengers affected.

 

Concerned passengers used Twitter and Facebook to describe what happened on flight EI-106, shortly after takeoff from JFK this morning.
