Donegal’s most senior Garda Chief Superintendent Terry McGinn retires today, having served as Chief Superintendent of the Donegal Garda Division since 2005.
Chief Superintendent McGinn has served for 40 years within An Garda Síochána.
A replacement has yet to be announced.
In a statement, her colleagues wished her congratulations on her retirement and many years of good health and happiness ahead.
