A trial date has been set for the man charged with murdering two men and the attempted murder of another man in Sligo.
Yousef Palani of Markievicz Heights in Sligo will go on trial at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin in November next year.
The 22 year old is charged with the murder of Aidan Moffitt at Carton Heights in Sligo on April 10th this year.
Mr Palani is also charged with murdering Michael Snee at City View, Connaughton Road, on April 12th.
He is further charged with attempting to murder another man in Sligo on April 9th.
Yesterday, Mr Justice Paul McDermott fixed a date of November 13, 2023 for the trial.
It’s expected that the trail will last for four weeks.
