Gardai in Sligo are appealing for the public’s assistance following two burglaries which took place in Beltra and Ballisdoare over the course of the weekend.
It’s understood that a substantial sum of amount of money and jewellery was taken from an unoccupied property in the Beltra area. The house was broken into between 3.30 p.m. and 12 midnight on Saturday last.
Meanwhile another burglary took place also on Saturday between 8- and 11 p.m. in Ballisdoare. Once again the property was unoccupied at the time.
