North Sligo Athletic Club’s Chris O’Donnell finished 5th in the semi-final of the 400 metres at the European Athletics Championships in Munich recording a time of 45.73.
Tuesday morning’s race was won by Great Britian’s Matthew Hudson (44.98) with Ricky Petrucciani of Switzerland finishing in second in a time of 45.55.
