Rent prices continue to rise in the north west



Rents in the North West are continuously on the rise, reflecting very low availability.

 

That’s according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows that market rents in Sligo were on average 16.6% higher in the second quarter of 2022 than a year previously.

 

The average listed rent in County Sligo is now €1,030, up 98% from its lowest point.

Rents in Leitrim were on average 21.3% higher with the average listed rent now €843, up 105% from its lowest point.

 

While in Donegal, rents were 18.5% higher over the same period, the average listed rent is now €881, up 82% from its lowest point.
