No injuries reported as surfers get into difficulty on Tullan Strand



The Recuse 118 Helicopter was called to Tullan Strand on Saturday after a number of surfers got into difficulty .

 

It’s understood that three surfers encountered difficulty in the water.

 

They were subsequently helped from the water by two surfing instructors that were present in the areas at the time  when the event took place.

 

The rescue 118 helicopter landed on beach shortly afterwards the surfers were removed from the water and personnel from the rescue Helicopter carried out medical on the surfers, there were no reported injuries.
